This site has no analytics and does not track you. We collect only what you type into the call booking form. Below is exactly what, why and for how long.
The controller of your data is Redicompany sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company trading as Mavorek Studio.
For anything concerning your data write to hello@mavorek.com.
We have not appointed a data protection officer — we are a studio of three and answer these messages ourselves.
There is one form on the site and it is the only thing that collects data.
Call booking: full name, email address, company website, social profiles, budget, timeline, description of the task and the time slot you pick.
Everything except name and email is optional — you may leave it blank.
We do not collect special category data and ask you not to put any into the message field.
Form data is used only to arrange a call and to answer your questions.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in carrying on the correspondence.
We do not profile, do not make automated decisions and do not run a newsletter.
We keep correspondence in our own inbox for 24 months after the last contact, then delete it.
Separately, Web3Forms keeps the submitted form on their side for up to three years from the date you send it, after which it is deleted automatically.
If we end up working together, accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Web3Forms (Web3Creative) — delivers the form to our inbox and acts as our data processor. The company operates from India and runs on Amazon Web Services (storage, database, email delivery), Cloudflare and Hetzner. Data is encrypted at rest.
CleanTalk and Akismet — Web3Forms' spam filters. When you submit a form, your IP address and email address are sent to them. Without that there is no way to tell your message from spam.
Vercel — hosts the site. Server logs record your IP address and browser details; these are standard technical logs.
Google — if you book a call, the meeting link runs on Google Meet.
Nobody else. We do not sell your data. The data processing agreement with Web3Forms forms part of their terms.
Web3Forms operates from India and its providers process data in several regions. Transfers out of the European Economic Area rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as set out in the Web3Forms data processing agreement.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking tool — which is why you see no consent banner.
The only thing we store is your chosen language, and only once you click the language switch yourself. It goes into your browser's local storage (the b-lang key) and into a single functional cookie, lang, kept for 12 months, so that typing just mavorek.com takes you straight to your language. It holds only the language code, is not personal data and is not used for tracking.
If you have not chosen a language yet, the bare address mavorek.com opens the version for your country: Vercel's server works out the country from your IP address at the moment you arrive. We do not receive or store it.
The typefaces are served from our own server. Opening this page sends no request to Google or any other company — your IP address reaches nobody except the host serving the page.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
To use any of them, write to hello@mavorek.com. We answer within 30 days.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), in Czechia the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
If we change how we collect data, we change this page too and update the date at the top.
